Cary Miller has been working in the food industry since high school. He has worked in many capacities including foodservice operations, restaurant management and culinary, with the longest portion of his career being at Food Industry News, Chicagoland’s food business trade publication established in 1982. As Vice President of Food Industry News, Cary has the privilege of working closely with suppliers, helping them to market their services and products to industry buyers. Cary enjoys serving, supporting and participating in many local food industry trade organizations including The Food and Beverage Equipment Executives (past president), The Illinois Restaurant Association, The Chicago Culinary Museum & Chefs Hall of Fame (board member), The ACF Chicago Chefs, Les’ Amis Escoffier Society of Chicago and the Tuesday Morning Leads Group (treasurer). He was made an honorary member of the American Academy of Chefs in 2012. His office is located in Park Ridge, Illinois.
